Welcome

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-person psychotherapy in NYC and telehealth throughout New York and New Jersey.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and complex trauma. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns, disconnected from yourself or those you love, or overwhelmed by emotions that seem difficult to make sense of, therapy can help you reconnect with your innate capacity for healing.

I’m guided by the belief that meaningful change happens in relationships where we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. Together, we will create a space where every part of you is welcome—where you can slow down, explore difficult emotions, deepen your understanding of yourself, and move toward greater ease and authenticity.

If something here resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect to see if we are a good fit.

About me

My Approach

My approach is warm, engaged, and collaborative. Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re returning after a break, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely understood—not just listened to.

Whether you’re entering a new chapter of your life, examining patterns with a partner, dealing with the impact of past trauma, or simply wanting to feel more present and peaceful in your everyday life, you don’t need to do it alone.

Together, we'll slow down to explore the adaptive ways you have learned to cope, while building new experiences that foster greater resilience, self-compassion, and more fulfilling relationships.

My work is person-centered and rooted in experiential, attachment-focused models — primarily AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). I also draw from trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring our work to your needs.

My Background

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University (NYU). I have post-graduate training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My work is also influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT).

Over my career, I have worked with young adults, new and expecting parents, and families in various settings, including a college mental health counseling office and an outpatient community mental health clinic. My work with adults and couples is also informed by my personal experience as a mother of three, a former labor doula, childbirth educator, and support group facilitator for expectant and new parents, as well as my earlier work in communications and public relations for nonprofits focused on social change.

Each of these experiences taught me the importance of slowing down, listening deeply, honoring each person's unique story, and trusting that there is wisdom beneath even our most challenging and painful experiences.

My hope is that together we can help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and a life that feels more vibrant and fully your own.
